Our partnership with L-THREE UNIPESSOAL LDA, a well-established Timor-Leste construction company, strengthens our ability to deliver major infrastructure projects. Since 2009, L-THREE has led developments such as the $7 million Seical Flood Protection Wall in Baucau.
