UNI GRAÇA GLOESS LDA is a Timor-Leste-based energy company specializing in marine and offshore services for the shipping and energy sectors. Founded in 2012 as Uni Graça Marine Limitada, the company underwent a strategic rebranding in 2021 to UNI GRAÇA GLOESS—reflecting its expanded expertise in Gas, Logistics, Oil, and Energy Supply Services.

Laurindo Seixas Miranda
A legal expert with over 10 years of experience, Laurindo holds a law degree from Universitas Nasional, Jakarta, and has been accredited in Timor-Leste since 2014. Specializing in litigation, labor law, arbitration, and corporate advisory, he has guided companies and NGOs through legal challenges. Fluent in Portuguese and English, he brings valuable strategic insight to UGG.
Mario de Jesus
With 10 years of experience in international development, Mario has worked with UNDP, UNFPA, and the Asia Foundation, specializing in program planning, implementation, and monitoring. He holds a Master’s in International Management from IU International University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology & Anthropology from the University of Adelaide. His diverse expertise strengthens UGG’s strategic direction and mission.
