About Us

UNI GRAÇA GLOESS UNIP. LDA is a local company in Timor-Leste and was established in 2012 under the name of Uni Graça Marine Limitada to provide and supply marine services to the shipping and offshore logistics for oil, gas, and energy sector’s operation activities in Timor-Leste. Uni Graça Marine Limitada was changed to UNI GRAÇA GAS LOGISTICS OIL ENERGY SUPPLY AND SERVICES (GLOESS) UNIPESSOAL LIMITADA in 2021 to respond to a much broader marine services and supplies.

In spite of its importance as a maritime hub in Southeast Asia, Timor-Leste remains one of the least explored. Therefore, our goal is to guide and lead the process of unlocking and realizing our country's maritime and energy potential responsibly and sustainably, which will ensure future generations' prosperity while also contributing to the country's development'.

Laurindo Seixas Miranda

Mr. Laurindo offers over a decade of legal expertise to the UGG board, with a law degree from Universitas Nasional in Jakarta and accreditation in Timor-Leste since 2014. He has specialized in criminal and civil litigation, labor law, arbitration, and administrative proceedings at SJG Law Firm, advising companies and NGOs on labor disputes. Fluent in Portuguese and English, Laurindo's diverse skill set enhances UGG strategic direction.

Mario de Jesus

Mr. Mario de Jesus brings a decade of experience from UN agencies like UNDP and UNFPA and the Asia Foundation, focusing on program planning, implementation, and monitoring in international development. He holds a Master of Arts in International Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Adelaide. With his diverse educational background and extensive professional experience, Mario offers a unique perspective and valuable expertise to the board of UGG, contributing to the organization's strategic direction and mission fulfillment.
